Qualifications:

Dr. Rana Basu is presently working as Associate Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher educational institutes. He earned his Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur. Started his teaching career from IIEST shibpur in 2017 as Assistant Professor. He also worked as Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Symbiosis International (Deemed University). His areas of work are in the domain of quality and service management with specific relevance to Indian SMEs. His research / consulting interests include Total Quality Management, Lean, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Management and development of sustainable models for start-ups and SMEs. He is a regular reviewer of reputed international journals and is in editorial board of international journal. He has published his research findings in international journals and conferences of repute.
