Student council at ISB&M is the feather in the student-centered philosophy of the institute, empowering students to lead, initiate development of essential skills, and enrich campus life. Acting as a bonding agent, the council connectscells and clubs of students with themanagement of the college to facilitate cooperation, communication, and personal development. Vice Presidents play crucial roles like acting as a contact point for all cells, runningCouncil activities, and also support the faculty in the running of academic operations. Event organization, bringing in corporate leaders to give guest lectures, and liaison in developing long-term institutional relationships form the core. In short,we aim to create a holistic environment that encourages students to think beyond and study beyond books, so to speak-to encourage leadership, teamwork, and discipline. This way, the Council readies its students as catalysts of positive change with skill sets that have much more to do beyond thecampus walls of ISB&M.
