Sunetra is an experienced academic and researcher with a strong marketing and consumer behavior background. She holds an MBA in Marketing, has qualified for the NET Lectureship in Management, and is pursuing her PhD from MAKAUT, focusing on consumer behavior. Her research interests lie in consumer behavior, the consumer decision-making process, customer value chain involvement, green marketing, and customer relationship management, where she seeks to contribute valuable insights through her scholarly work.
